Key Club (KHS)
Key Club is a high school community service organization sponsored by the local Kiwanis Club. More than 10,000 students belong to Key Club worldwide. Our mission is to make a positive contribution to our school, local community and beyond, while developing leadership and problem solving skills, and nurturing knowledge and compassion.

National Honor Society (KHS)
During the spring of their sophomore and junior years, students with a GPA of 3.5 or higher are eligible to apply for membership. A faculty committee selects candidates for induction based on their scholarship, leadership, service and character. During their junior (if selected) and senior year, candidates complete at least 30 hours of community service, maintain the standards for which they were first selected, and adhere to the co-curricular policy and by-laws in order to be inducted as full members in spring prior to graduation. Student Council is an organization designed to represent the concerns of the student body, serve the needs of the school, and promote a positive image of high school students through involvement in the community.

Student Council (RV)
Student Council is offered to students in grades 5-8. An application process is in place which will determine who makes it into Student Council. One of the goals of Student Council is to get our students involved in helping out and improving our school climate and culture. Random Acts of Kindness Club (RV)
Available for students in grades 5-8, Random Acts of Kindness Club does just that ... spreads kindness through our community. Some different ideas are activities for/with police officers, nursing home residents, hospital patients, chalking sidewalks, etc. and we meet regularly to discuss new ideas. Sources of Strength (RV)
Students in grades 6-8 are nominated by staff members to participate in Sources of Strength. This group works with the entire student body to organize and put on activities to promote healthy choices while identifying a students’ individual sources of strength. Students nominated go through an extensive training program to learn how to be leaders amongst their peers. For additional information on Sources of Strength and how to become a part of this program:
